I "almost" ruined James Hetfield today D:

Now...This is a chalk drawing....usually when I do chalk drawings...I do something like laminating it to protect it. Quite often my artwork ends up all over the place after I do it...and I don't need some grubby kid smearing the chalk. Haha...I mostly do it to protect it from myself. Anyways, I tried laminating this today and well the machine wasn't hot enough and it didn't set properly to the drawing....and ended up warping within an hour and pulling a bunch of the chalk off of the drawing smearing the face. I died inside alittle...but I fixed it to the point where it looks decent.

This took me about a week to do. Done in colored chalks.

I cant wait to go see Metallica :'D

I saw them in October! I couldn't believe how long they played! 3 and a half hours! Best show I've ever been too in my life hehe.

at our gig they played a bit less cause Mastodon and Lamb Of God took up so much fuckin time!!! D:<

I'll never forget that show I went to in October. Everything Metallica has recorded for an album, or dvd doesn't do them justice at all. When you get to experience them live, it isn't even undescribable. They're just phenominal. The just sounded completely powerful. It was like standing infront of a tornado.

hehe, I get the tornado from the records too, but obviously there's no comparison.
EVERYONE in the stadium was about to BOW DOWN to them and to their power. It's like they were born on stage :horns:

Hehe i get the chills from the records, when you can feel those guitars and those drums down to your very soul, when they reverberate in your chest now that's truely an awesome feeling hehe.I've been to quite a few concerts but I haven't seen a single band that sounded as powerful as they do.

They're truly legendary haha.

heh, you described it so well ^^
no other band gives me these sensations. in this sense, they are sort of gods to me, cause they always manage to move me...even if it's the bazillionth time I hear one of their songs, in one way or another, it strikes me every time like NO other band could.
Their music comes inside me when I hear it, like you said, it's the best sensation ever :heart:
it's like....when I hear them, everything else just doesn't seem to matter ( and nothing else maaattteeeerrrrrssssss xDDD ) and I'm just caught by their music and dragged into this wonderful journey which any of their songs is ^^ and at the end of it the only thing I can say is..WOAH. xD

LEGENDARY, man! respect!! >:(

Haha thanks, his Tatts turned out horrible though...and it got cut off. This was actually full body...on a huge piece of mat-paper that's about as big as a poster.

I'm a huge fan too haha. I'm going to see them in October and I'm so damn excited. (I appreciate what they went through to create St. Anger too haha, I just can't listen to the album. They were just experimenting...except it failed.)
